Dropped my car off on Monday evening. They said they would work on my car and it would take two days.its now Friday, Easter weekend and my family and I are scheduled to drive to Florida in my car on Sunday. I get a call at 4:07, which I missed, and they left a message saying that they were delayed on ordering the proper parts for my car and my car would be available on Monday. She also said that they were closing early and wouldn’t be there to answer if I called back. So now I’ve been calling nonstop to get my car and no one is answering because guess what, they left for the weekend, Easter weekend and didn’t have enough courtesy to call me Friday morning and tell me that my car wasn’t going to be ready. I’m beyond upset right now bc I now have to pay money to rent a car for the week because I have no vehicle. The work they needed to do would’ve taken 2 days tops and they failed. This is NOT how you do business. And now at a time where funds are super tight, I now have to come out of pocket to rent a car that I should’ve even have to rent.

Had they even slightly tried to fix the situation I would’ve possibly considered going back but I refuse. Horrible customer service and absolutely prioritizing money over the customers experience considering they were wrong.

I have been doing business with Gowen's Garage for over 30 years. Never had any problems with these folks, and always call before the work is performed, to advise of price and time needed. I have known the Gowen Family for many years

I tried to give 5 stars but anyway Gowen's did a wonderful job on my van. They were honest, clear and up front with the pricing, and kept me updated on how everything was going. We appreciate their hard work and their pricing compared to the dealership. We will be returning when work needs to be done!

Called to get a quote to smoke test my car. They quoted me $310 🤣🤯 just because they heard the letters “BMW.” Called another place right down the road who charged me $50. Cars running great again. These people are insane. Lady over the phone ends the call by saying word for word, “well hope any other place knows what they are doing!” As if a smoke test was anything complicated. Crazy. At a lost of words.
