Let’s just say I won’t be a repeat customer. My car still have the same issue I took it in for. After paying and given my key, my car still could not start which is why I took it in. It finally started after 20 minutes, which is why I took it in. It takes time to start.

My experience with was Awesome, very courteous and professional, and quick in servicing my vehicle. They kept me inform about the needs of my vehicle.

I haven't used Gowen in many years because it became too difficult to get my car in their shop and seen without waiting several days to get it on, and then a few more days to get it back. It just got too long and a local competitor is always able to get it in & out mist faster at pretty much to same competitive price. This service needed is something that few people locally do, but Gowens does so I used them again. Dropped off Tuesday before closing. They didn't get it in the shop until Thursday. They diagnosed the problem and recommended that I buy the part (aftermarket) I received the part on Friday and dropped it off before closing. They installed it on Monday ( closed on the weekend) and I got my SUV back around noon on Monday. Not too bad this time around. I would like to have had it all done and back by Friday considering they are closed on the weekend, bit that's how it worked out. The quality of work was very good

New alternator and had to get a new battery.

Gowen’s recommended I do an $800 high-pressure fuel pump change out on my 2024 GMC terrain. After further research and talking to other mechanics, it has been determined. The only thing I need to do is not let my car drop below 1/4 tank of gas and possibly use a higher quality gas. I did not let Gowen’s change out the fuel pump And so far, the plan is working.
