Gowens Automotive is the only place my husband allows me to take my vehicle. After my Tahoe was in an semi bender. It needed the experts from Gowens to fix the rack & pinion shaft Now it steers better than before. As for Kristi in the front office she is top notch staying in touch my insurance company. Been going to Gowens for over 10+ years and they will get our business for many more.

The Best Shop in Georgia! When Im telling you from the customer service and Christy just was so reassuring and not over priced me showed me the problem and fixed it faster than I thought. Let me tell you if anything is wrong and you want honest mechanics and Great customer service, to even dropping me to my rental right in Fairburn. I will never use any other mechanics or automotive shop! Especially being a female that needs to know everything to the tee! They even do Mercedes!

No star, took my vehicle for a repairs and recommended that all used parts to be returned to me. They disposed of my used parts some were new. Ask for aprint out of my diagnostic test, didn't provide proof of what was purchased. They wanted cash payments only why. Not a BBB certified company picked up my vehicle and within 5 or less minutes the vehicle cut off and will not start. Supposed to have a new fuel pump assembly. Gas hand read empty after the new fuel pump assembly. Had to notify the department of consumer protection division. And had to file a claim in court. Don't trust the reviews. Will never do business with them again, was trying to support the local business .make sure to ask for your old parts back some have a core charge.u have a right to have your old parts back. Most likely keep and used my old parts on another vehicle and keep the core charge.A lot of people have come to me about the work this business is doing and we're not happy be careful do your homework first
