I had to have my transmission replaced in my 2014 Lexus ES350 and it was a great experience! They didn’t take long at all and customer service was great!

I came in to replace a blower motor and the resistor. The Ac works just fine but now I have another problem. My dashboard all of a sudden now says chassis control module error took it back to the shop within 5 minutes of the repair was made. Remind you that I came in Friday so over the weekend they are closed. He cleared the codes took it for a drive and says everything seems fine you can bring it back if there’s any problems. Saturday the light comes back on and then Sunday the light goes back off. If it does it again I plan to bring it back over to the shop. I never seen the indicator on my dashboard before the repair was made. I really don’t know if to be happy or upset about the repair being made but I do have A c now and that’s working fine. But down the road in the future I don’t know how would this impact the the vehicle or if one day it would lead me into an accident but overall the guys seem pretty adamant about being it back if there are any issues

Very fast and cheap work, my tech was Brandon. He was very helpful throughout the process, got my car back the next day in perfect condition! Only a minor user error which was an easy fix occurred, and he assisted me through that as well. Again very helpful and kind people!

Everything about my experience was great. I was trying to find a mobile mechanic to take care of an issue on my daughters car since Monday. I had to leave town on Saturday so I wanted to get this taken care of before I left. By Friday @ 1pm I was still getting the run around with NO luck. I randomly passed this shop while running an errand and decided to stop in and see if they could help me out. I knew because of the timing this was a long shot. I walked in around 2pm Friday and explained my situation. I was told to bring the vehicle in ASAP. I had the vehicle there within 25 minutes and they had my daughters car COMPLETED within 2 hours. Keep in mind they had multiple vehicles that needed/being serviced. The amount of care/compassion they showed cannot be matched. From the office staff to the technicians that made this happen I truly appreciate you all. I recommend this shop to EVERYONE. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 hands down.
