No star, took my vehicle for a repairs and recommended that all used parts to be returned to me. They disposed of my used parts some were new. Ask for aprint out of my diagnostic test, didn't provide proof of what was purchased. They wanted cash payments only why. Not a BBB certified company picked up my vehicle and within 5 or less minutes the vehicle cut off and will not start. Supposed to have a new fuel pump assembly. Gas hand read empty after the new fuel pump assembly. Had to notify the department of consumer protection division. And had to file a claim in court. Don't trust the reviews. Will never do business with them again, was trying to support the local business .make sure to ask for your old parts back some have a core charge.u have a right to have your old parts back. Most likely keep and used my old parts on another vehicle and keep the core charge.A lot of people have come to me about the work this business is doing and we're not happy be careful do your homework first

The customer service was good, but I left feeling like I didn’t get a clear answer about the issue I brought my vehicle in for. The diagnostic mainly confirmed issues I was already aware of, but I was told that the shaking/rattling would need to be evaluated further after those repairs. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism, but I would have liked a more thorough explanation of the underlying issue.

Needed a wheel alignment on a 1999 MB E320. Referred by another shop that stated specialty tools needed for this type vehicle. After explaining the situation, the shop mechanic (MB Specialist) removed a car on a lift, backed it out of the bay and bought my car in. Twenty minutes later my car is ready… no special tools needed; no waiting; respectful and trustworthy shop. I am very impressed and satisfied with the service- new customer; highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Gowen Automotive. My A/C was blowing hot air and they got it fixed fast. They also caught that I was overdue for an oil change, called me first, and took care of it while the car was already there. Super helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. I appreciate the attention to detail and solid customer service.
