Don't waste your time here if you have an electrical problem. Held my car for a month only to take 1400 for a problem that's still not fix plus extra problems that I had to fix on my own. Now my radio's not working and half of my odometer lights are off.
Hi John, After looking through our records we were able to review your complaints further. Each time we get a complaint we review what we could have done better and how we can learn to provide better service to our customers. The issues your vehicle had were extensive according to the records we have and the radio and odometer issues were not addressed due to it not being connected to the original area of concern. However, we did offer to fix these concerns if you gave us more time. Understandably you were in need of your vehicle and chose to not address this portion of the recommended repairs. The wiring harness required to fix the electrical problem that was addressed took more time to locate than we would have wished, but parts availability is not always in our control.
