When service is provided please have someone who is knowlegeable explaining what is wrong with the vehicle. When the information is coming from a third party it is hard to understand.

I have always been happy with the service and value that they offer. They go to length to find the parts you need at the best price that they can reasonably offer. When something needs to be fixed, I see them first.

These folks are fantastic. I came to them for a simple emissions inpsection, frustrated from an experience elsewhere. They helped me understand why my car didn't pass and got it to the point where it would pass. They were patient and friendly and professional. I will go back when I need work done on my car again. I strongly recommend them.

I have been going to Gowen's's for years. They have always been dependable and informative. Rick has always let me know exactly what I do and don't need for my car. As a woman, it can be very difficult to find an automotive shop that won't try to sell me something I do not need. The ladies in the front office always make me feel welcome and are able to get my questions answered quickly. Recently, I ran over something on 285 and was worried that something may have come loose under the car because of it. Gowen's's checked out my car while I waited and told me that their was no charge for checking it since they could not find anything wrong! Any other shop would have probably charged me and I would have had to leave it for a couple of days. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Gowen's's and will continue to send my friends to them.

I have always received outstanding and professional service from the staff and technicians at Gowen'ss. I have never felt taken advantage of because of being a woman. Through my interactions with the staff and techs I have experienced everyone to be straightforward and honest. I highly recommend.

Great asual but I am always concern when the labor is more than the parts and would have liked to have a breakdown of the work in details. Otherwise, I am pleased at the quality of work.

Rick and the whole gang at Gowen's's are the nicest, most honest people i have ever met! I have been doing business with then for a long time and have ALWAYS been happy with everything they have done for me. From new engines, transmissions to the smallest repair, they are the best.
