Excellent service! Finally, a auto shop that makes you feel welcome. They DON'T act like they are doing you a favor by opening up. They are very knowledgeable about what they do, they follow up on everything. We have 2 (older) cars and every time they begin to do something crazy, my wife and I look at each other & say "Gowen's". I recently brought my car to Gowen's. Both people at the desk were on the phone and said "I'll be right with you. As I was waiting, I went to get something out of my car. When I went out & turned around, Rick (owner) was coming out & asked me "Sir have you been helped". I said yer, I just forgot something & he said "ok, I just wanted to make sure we you were taken care of". He was not up front & I never knew he saw me standing there. He had me @ Sir!
