Im very upset i had to file a police report after getting my van back. A few items went missing. Naturally they said they didnt take the items, but that means someone off the streets took them. And all the doors were unlocked when i picked it up and of course they dont have cameras on that side of the building. Then barbara made matters worse. She said i dropped the car off over night when no one was there so they couldnt even find the keys for quite a while. I had my van towed there at 3:45 pm and the keys were handed to a person. Now im SOL because i doubt the police are actually going to find the items.

Hi Nekia, I am very sorry this happened. As you referenced you were indeed given incorrect information. However, we do have signs that say to please not leave valuables your vehicle and that we are not liable if a car is broken into. Was hoping to find a neighborhood mechanic but this isn't the place. I was told 57$ to bleed the coolant system however they decided to do a diagnostic that came up to 116. When I took my van home my fan wouldn't turn off. When I asked why I was told that it was just getting worse. I was pleased when I later I received a call saying that they had taken a relay out and that's what was wrong. I was given the relay but but they're never offered to put it back in. When I went home to replace it myself I found the holster for the relay Was broken and lying on the altinator . Too busy to pay attention to detail and customer service.

Hi Mike, I thoroughly apologize for the manner in which you received your vehicle. The tech working on your car did not have it finished putting back together in time and was at lunch when you picked it up. This is an oversight that should not have happened. I strive to run an honest business and that also means owning our mistakes. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to remedy this issue for you. The cost discrepancy between bleeding the coolant system and the diagnostic work was due to the quick discovery that the original quoted work for the vehicle was not needed. This should have been better communicated to you. Once again I apologize for the condition you received your car.
